ProCare trains for the growing Long
Term Care sector of Health Care. Since it's beginning in 1987,
ProCare has developed a reputation as a well-respected institute
in a rapidly changing field.
In 1993, ProCare created the first Health Care Aide Program to be
conducted entirely on-site in a Long Term Care Facility. This
proved so successful that all ProCare programs are now
facility-based.
ProCare's method of training provides great benefits to all involved:
student, facility and Institute.
To the facility: the opportunity to screen potential employees over
the duration of the program.
To the Institute: the entire facility as a resource and training
venue.
To the student: relevant, sequential learning in the actual
workplace, creating and leading to opportunities for employment.

The sole focus of the institute is health care training, and the
Director and all instructional staff are experienced nurses. Through
close working relationships in the health care industry, ProCare
is able to react to the emerging need for increased and new
knowledge for health care workers, thereby improving qualifications
for new graduates.
ProCare Institute Inc. is a member in good standing with the British
Columbia Career Colleges Association, and the National Association
of Career Colleges.
With thousands of graduates and an employment rate over 90%, ProCare
continues to strive for excellence in health care training. |
